LOVE TAPs™

Loved One Visits by TAplus™ are catching on throughout the US. Families want to care for their loved ones but are not always able to visit as often as they would like. Developed in 2008 LOVE TAPs™ (Love One Visits by TAplus™) provide a personal touch that enables long-term care providers to improve resident/client care, gives the long distance family care giver peace of mind, and decreases unnecessary moves caused by lack of communication surrounding care of a loved one.

Residents are thrilled to see our Care Liaisons arrive for their visit. During our weekly visit, the Care Liaison delivers a warm friendly personal touch while observing over 70 areas that may cause concern or reassure family regarding their loved ones status. Care Liaisons  then deliver regular, proactive updates to the entire family through the internet, email, no matter where they might be (Text Messaging may be used for issues requiring immediate attention).
